About this role
Optimity Solutions is growing its Odoo ERP practice and needs an experienced developer to implement and customize Odoo for enterprise clients.
You'll work on module customization, third-party integrations, data migration, and client training.
Ideal for someone who enjoys both technical depth and client-facing problem solving.

What you'll do
- Customize and develop Odoo modules using Python and XML
- Integrate Odoo with external systems via REST APIs
- Support data migration and UAT testing before go-live
- Document configurations and train client teams
- Participate in discovery workshops with consultants
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of Odoo development or ERP implementation experience
- Strong Python skills and PostgreSQL knowledge
- Experience with Odoo module structure, ORM, and QWeb
- Understanding of business processes (inventory, sales, accounting)
- Fluent English; Lithuanian is a plus
